2. General Information
We only process personal data to the extent necessary to provide a functioning website and the offered content and services.
Legal bases for data processing:

3. Hosting and Content Delivery (Cloudflare)
This website is hosted via Cloudflare, Inc. (101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA). Cloudflare provides: Pages (hosting), CDN (delivery), DNS, DDoS protection, and WAF.
On each request, Cloudflare processes: IP address, date/time, URL, HTTP status, data volume, browser type (user agent), and referrer URL.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. A DPA pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR has been concluded. Cloudflare participates in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
4. Cloudflare Web Analytics
This website uses Cloudflare Web Analytics – a privacy-friendly analytics tool with no cookies and no cross-site tracking.
Only aggregated, non-personal data is collected: page views, referrers, browser type (aggregated), country level.
Since no cookies or local storage are used, no consent is required under § 25(1) TTDSG. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
5. Contact Form
When using the contact form, the following data is collected: name, email address, optional phone number, and your message. Data is used solely to process your inquiry. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest) or Art. 6(1)(b) if contract-related.
Messages are sent via Resend (Resend Inc., 2261 Market Street #5464, San Francisco, CA 94114, USA). A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR has been concluded. Privacy policy: resend.com/legal/privacy-policy
Abuse protection (rate limiting): To prevent spam and abuse, your IP address is temporarily stored on Cloudflare servers (KV store). The maximum storage period is 1 hour. There is no permanent storage, no sharing with third parties, and no profiling. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Inquiry data is deleted once no longer needed, at the latest upon expiry of statutory retention periods.
5a. Cloudflare Turnstile (Spam Protection)
The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, a privacy-friendly bot protection service by Cloudflare, Inc. (101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA). Turnstile verifies in the background whether a request comes from a human or a bot — without a visible CAPTCHA and without tracking cookies on your device.
Technical signals are transmitted to Cloudflare servers (e.g. browser type, timestamp). No personal data is stored permanently. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Privacy policy: cloudflare.com/privacypolicy/
6. Cookies and Consent Management
This website itself only sets technically necessary cookies. On first visit, a cookie notice allows you to consent to or decline non-essential cookies (e.g. for advertising on project pages).
Your preference is stored in localStorage and can be revoked at any time by clearing your browser data. Legal basis for non-essential cookies: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and § 25(1) TTDSG.
7. Google AdSense
Some project pages operated by Code-Oase may use Google AdSense. Provider: Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland).
Google AdSense uses cookies to display personalized advertising. Legal basis: your consent pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and § 25(1) TTDSG.

8. Google Analytics
